  • All data is stored on our own private servers in Europe
  • We do not use third-party cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for data storage
  • All connections are encrypted via SSL/TLS
  • IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256) β€” we cannot identify individual visitors
  • Automated daily backups with encrypted storage
  • Access restricted to the data controller only

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: 30 days active + 6 months archive
  • Analytics data: 90 days (automatically deleted)
  • Firewall/security logs: 14 days
  • Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription
  • Booking data: 30 days active + 6 months archive
  • Email log: 30 days active + 6 months archive
  • Conversion data: 180 days active + 12 months archive
  • User activity log: 90 days

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access β€” request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification β€” correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure β€” request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

All S615 plugins (S615 Hub, S615 Mail, S615 Shield, S615 Analytics, etc.) are developed by Style 615 (Aleksandr Kuznetsov). These plugins:

  • Do not send data to external servers
  • Store all data locally in the WordPress database
  • Check for updates only from our own S3 server (s3.615.eu)
  • Do not include third-party tracking or telemetry
