Inspection Workflow
A complete shift inspection takes under 2 minutes per employee.
1. Select Employee
The home screen shows who is on duty today (loaded from the encrypted shift plan). Tap a name to begin the inspection. The system knows who should be working based on uploaded MiA PDF schedules.
2. Run Checklist
8 inspection categories with configurable questions. Each item is answered Ja (pass), Nein (fail), or N/A. Failed items require a comment. The checklist adapts to your organization’s requirements.
3. Check-in & Save
Final check-in section confirms operational items (break relief, resource duty, regulations read). The record is encrypted and synced to OneDrive. Statistics update in real-time.

Features
Offline-First PWA
Nomi Light is a Progressive Web App that works without internet connection. All data is stored locally in IndexedDB and syncs when connectivity returns. Install it on any device — Android, iOS, Windows, macOS — directly from the browser. No app store required.
Team Encryption
Every team shares a 256-bit encryption key. This Team Key is itself encrypted individually for each member using their email-derived key (PBKDF2, 100k iterations). When a member logs in, they decrypt the Team Key, which then decrypts the shared data. Removing a member revokes their access immediately — they can no longer decrypt the Team Key.
Multi-Site (Locations)
Manage multiple locations from a single account. Each site has its own OneDrive folder, its own Team Key, its own team members, and completely isolated data. A Master can oversee all sites; an Inspector sees only the sites they’re invited to. Switch between sites with one tap.
Shift Plan Integration
Upload your MiA PDF shift plans. The system parses employee schedules and knows who is on duty each day. The home screen shows today’s team with real-time inspection status — who has been checked, who is pending. Plan data is encrypted and stored for 365 days.
Statistics & KPIs
Real-time dashboard with key performance indicators: inspections today, compliance rate, problem employees. Interactive charts show trends by day and month. Donut charts break down pass/fail/NA ratios. Click any KPI for detailed drill-down with full employee lists and pagination.
Email Reports
Automated HTML email reports sent via Microsoft Graph API. Configure daily, weekly, or monthly summaries. Each report covers its respective period with inspection counts, compliance rates, and flagged issues. Reports are sent automatically at login if the configured interval has passed.
Role-Based Access
Three roles with distinct permissions. Master — full control: manage sites, teams, checklists, export data, configure reports. Supervisor — administrative access within assigned sites: manage team members, view all data, run exports. Inspector — inspection only: conduct checks, view own history, see today’s status.
Export & Compliance
Export inspection data to CSV or Excel for compliance audits and external reporting. Filter by date range, employee, or category. Archives older than 12 months can be moved to a separate storage folder. All exports include timestamps, inspector name, and full question-level detail.
