General terms for services provided by Style 615
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Style 615 (Aleksandr Kuznetsov, Rößlegasse 3b, 77948 Friesenheim, Germany) including web development, graphic design, branding, online marketing, cloud hosting, software development, and software distribution.
2. Services
The specific scope of services is defined in individual project proposals or service agreements. This includes but is not limited to: website design and development, plugin and software development, server hosting and maintenance, branding and visual identity, SEO and marketing campaigns, cloud infrastructure setup, and software licensing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated in Euros. As a Kleinunternehmen according to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Project work may require an upfront deposit as specified in the proposal.
4. Software & Plugins
S615 plugins and software products are licensed, not sold. The license grants the client the right to use the software on agreed websites/servers. Source code remains the property of Style 615. Updates and support are included in active service plans. Redistribution or resale of S615 software requires written permission.
5. Hosting & Data
Websites and services are hosted on private servers in Europe. Daily backups are performed automatically. The client retains ownership of all their content and data. Upon termination, client data will be provided in standard formats within 30 days.
6. Copyright
All usage rights to created designs, graphics, and digital services are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. The copyright to the underlying creative work and software code remains with Style 615. Portfolio usage rights are retained by Style 615 unless explicitly excluded.
7. Liability
Style 615 is liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The warranty is subject to statutory provisions.
8. Service Area
Services are provided across the European Union, with primary operations in Estonia, Germany, France, and Switzerland. Remote services (web development, hosting, marketing) are available worldwide.
9. Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the provider, provided that the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law. EU consumer protection regulations apply where applicable.
10. Changes
Style 615 reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
