1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Style 615, operated by Aleksandr Kuznetsov, including:
- Web design and development (WordPress)
- Graphic design
- Video production
- Hosting on a private server
- Ongoing maintenance and support
2. Services
The scope of services is defined individually in an offer or agreement.
Any additional services requested after project approval may result in additional costs.
3. Project Process & Cooperation
The client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content and materials in a timely manner
- Respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
Delays caused by missing client input may affect project timelines.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are agreed individually or according to published packages
- Payments are due as stated in the offer or invoice
- As a small business, VAT is not charged (small business regulation)
Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
5. Hosting & Private Server
If hosting is provided:
- Websites are hosted on a private server
- Reasonable security and monitoring measures are applied
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability (e.g. maintenance, force majeure)
The client is responsible for the legality of hosted content.
6. Revisions & Approval
Unless otherwise agreed:
- One revision round is included
- Additional revisions may be billed separately
Final approval confirms project completion.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
All designs, videos, and websites remain the intellectual property of Style 615 until full payment is received.
Upon full payment:
- The client receives usage rights for agreed purposes
- Resale, sublicensing, or modification without consent is prohibited unless agreed
8. Liability
Style 615 is not liable for:
- Indirect damages or loss of profit
- Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, or hosting providers
- Content provided by the client
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as permitted by law.
9. Termination
Ongoing services may be terminated by either party with written notice, unless otherwise agreed.
Already completed work must be paid in full.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is Germany, where legally permissible.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
