Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Style 615, operated by Aleksandr Kuznetsov (Estonia, EU), including but not limited to:

  • Web design and development (WordPress)
  • Branding, graphic design, and video production
  • Hosting on private servers
  • Ongoing maintenance, support, and marketing
  • S615 plugin ecosystem (S615 Hub, Mail, Shield, Analytics, SEO, Booking, etc.)
  • Cloud infrastructure and managed services

2. Services & Pricing

The scope and cost of services are defined individually in a written offer or agreement. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page. Additional services requested after project approval may result in additional costs, agreed upon in advance.

As a small business under the Estonian/EU small business regulation, VAT may not be charged separately. All prices are in EUR.

3. Project Process & Cooperation

The client agrees to provide all necessary content and materials in a timely manner and respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by missing client input may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

4. Payment Terms

  • One-time projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Monthly plans: billed monthly in advance, minimum term as stated in the offer
  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
  • Annual payment option available with 10% discount

5. Hosting & Infrastructure

All websites and services are hosted on our own private servers in Europe. We provide reasonable security measures, daily backups, SSL encryption, and monitoring. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance windows, force majeure). The client is responsible for the legality of all hosted content.

6. S615 Plugins — License & Usage

All S615 plugins are developed and maintained by Style 615 (Aleksandr Kuznetsov). They are provided under the GPLv2 license as part of the WordPress ecosystem.

  • Plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
  • Updates are delivered through our private update server (s3.615.eu)
  • Plugins are free for use on websites hosted by Style 615
  • For external use, a separate license agreement may apply
  • Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale without consent is prohibited
  • The author retains all intellectual property rights

7. Revisions & Approval

Unless otherwise agreed, one revision round is included in the project scope. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Final approval by the client confirms project completion.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, code, videos, plugins, and websites remain the intellectual property of Style 615 until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the agreed purposes. Resale, sublicensing, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

9. Liability

Style 615 is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party software. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as permitted by applicable law. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time projects cannot be cancelled after work has begun — completed work must be paid in full. Upon termination, the client receives all project files and data. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. For disputes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
